Back to School Fiesta!
This annual event in the South Houston community distributes backpacks and school supplies to kids in need. This year, Fellowship Church of Houston is partnering with Templo Bautista de South Houston (the event’s creator) to serve the community and present the gospel! Sign up on Sundays to be a part of this church event. Servant opportunities include praying with people, security, stations with food, games and registration. There is a need for everyone to come out and serve as last year this event drew 700 individuals! Mark your calendar for August 14, 2010 at 10am to 2pm on the TBSH campus. Contact church office at 713-991-9700 for more information or come by the Guest Services desk this Sunday to sign up!
Reading Through John in 2010
Come face to face with Jesus Christ, the Son of God, as we begin our journey into 2010 studying the book of John. Each Home Bible Study group will discuss designated chapters as each individual reads John on their own to fellowship each Wednesday night. Begin January 1st with John 1. Readings this month are:
August 4- John 13:1-20
August 11 - John 13:21-38
August 25 - John 14:1-15

Same Place, Same Time, New Name!
Incredible Pizza has changed their name! Liddo Fun Center is now the name of the place where FCOH comes together every Sunday to worship the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and to proclaim the Gospel to those who walk through the doors! We have been blessed as a church body to worship our Lord at Incredible Pizza. Let's be a blessing to them in return; Let's keep manager Jeff, his family and his staff in prayer.
