Women
Prayer Meeting! Every Sunday of the month at 8:30 a.m. in Room #6. Women are gathering to pray each Sunday as the FCOH body prepares to receive the guests that the Lord will bring for worship. Prayer time is dedicated to anyone who needs prayers or feels led to pray for and with someone. All Women are invited to join this group of prayer warriors.
Women's Summer Book Series is coming to an end. We hope you've enjoyed Lord Change My Attitude Before Its Too Late by James MacDonald and are ready to meet again on September 18th for Chapters 9&10. It's not too late to have the Lord change your attitude or for you to enjoy the marvelous experience between you and God. Make plans to join us!
Please pray for our women as they make plans to attend the Women of Joy conference in San Antonio, TX this coming October. May the Lord make us all women of joy by His Spirit and Word!
RA/GA's
Royal Ambassadors (RAs) and Girls in Action (GAs) meet on Sundays for biblical training and mission awareness. Boys grades 1st thru 5th and girls 5 years of age to 6th grade are welcome to participate. The 2010-2011 RA/GA year begins September 12th!
Acteens (grade 6-12) for girls who have completed GAs or have an interest in learning how God's plan for them includes mission work! Acteens meets every other Sunday at the Alderete home so please check the calendar for dates. Contact GRodriguez@fcoh.net for more information. WELCOME TO A NEW YEAR!
The first meeting for RAs, GAs, Challengers and Acteens will be Sunday, September 11th 4pm to 5:30pm at the South Houston Fire Station #2 located at 901 Ave D in South Houston, TX. All guys and girls, 1st grade to 12th grade are welcome to take part in this year's mission minded events!
